The luxurious ensuite bathroom features a modern soaking tub and walk-in shower, creating a spa-like experience. Bedroom 2 – Tucked at the back of the house, this cozy room includes a queen bed, vintage armoire, and its own private door leading to the back patio and hot tub. Guests will enjoy serene views of the custom Waco mural just outside the windows. Bedroom 3 – Designed with both comfort and convenience in mind, this room includes two single beds and a closet stocked with helpful extras—baby gear, an ironing board, iron, and other guest essentials. Bedroom 4 – Accessible through pocket doors from Bedroom 3, this playful space features triple single bunk beds, oversized picture windows overlooking the backyard, its own door to the outdoor area, and the only in-room TV—perfect for kids or teens. LIVING SPACES: Living Room – A welcoming space with comfortable seating and a smart TV—ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring Waco. Dining Area – The large dining table seats 8, perfect for group meals, game nights, or meaningful conversation. Kitchen – Fully stocked and ready for anything—from simple breakfasts to full holiday spreads. Includes a Keurig coffee maker with K-Cups, Ninja blender, large 4-slice toaster, bakeware, serving platters, and quality cookware and pantry basics. Game Nook – Just off the living area, this stylish nook features cozy banquette seating and a statement pendant—great for card games, journaling, or downtime. Desk Area – A small, dedicated workspace is located just off the entry—ideal for remote work or planning your Waco adventures. EXTRAS: Two Full Bathrooms – • The primary ensuite includes a gorgeous soaker tub and walk-in shower. • The second bathroom, shared by Bedrooms 2–4, includes a hallway-access pedestal sink and a separate private bath area with a walk-in shower and armoire. Laundry Closet – Located in the hallway just off the dining room. Full-size washer and dryer units with a high-tech booster fan make laundry fast and convenient. Outdoor Space – Enjoy a spacious backyard with a hot tub, firepit, and a comfortable seating area perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. The front porch, accessible from the primary bedroom, features two additional seating areas and views of charming up-town Waco—perfect for people-watching or a quiet moment to yourself. Pool towels are provided for your hot tub enjoyment. ADDITIONAL AMENITIES: Need extra sleeping space? We offer cots and air mattresses upon request. Traveling with little ones? A pack ’n play, highchair, and baby bath are also available—just let us know ahead of time so we can have them ready.
